Hi, I'm Liz the owner of Gritty Mare Boutique. Horses have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years I've competed in barrel racing in both Australia and USA, worked within the cutting horse industry in USA and spent many years showing English horses here at home. That mix of horses, competition, country life and a lifelong love of fashion is really where the idea for Gritty Mare began.

I know what it's like to spend the day in boots and jeans or jods, around horses and livestock or just running after the kids but still loving to get dressed up, finding a beautiful top, wearing something that feels great.
